“I have translated my career in health and wellness communications to hands-on healthcare that inspires awareness and behavioral shifts through health coaching and education.
I believe in the small-steps component of change to engage and sustain, and help people improve their health and wellness by removing obstacles and barriers they can’t on their own, leading them toward more positivity, satisfaction and well-being in their overall life.
I am a collaborative initiator who uses a personalized approach to maximize engagement and participant satisfaction. My practice is enhanced my relationship building, promotion, and executive coaching skills I cultivated at organizations like YMCA of the USA, Blue Cross-Blue Shield Association, RR Donnelley, and Deloitte.”
